Gene Targeting Vector Construction

PTL  uses its unique technology to generate straight knockout (KO),
conditional knockout (CKO), knock-in (KI), and point-mutation (PM)  
targeting vectors.

The time line and charges for each  vector construction will be:

  • Knockout  vector
           4 weeks after the design is  finalized.
  • Conditional knockout  vector
           4 weeks after the design is  finalized.
  • Knock-in BAC vector
           6 weeks after the design is  finalized.
  • Point mutation BAC vector
           6 weeks after the design is  finalized.
